When GreenFill launched its biodegradable packaging filler, we faced a dual challenge: overcoming the "green premium" myth and building trust from scratch in a highly sceptical market.
We decided to eliminate the unnecessary fluff. Instead of leading with abstract ideals about saving the Earth, we focused on pragmatic business logic. We flipped the script to position GreenFill as a superior, cost-effective alternative to polystyrene, with sustainability as a built-in bonus.

By framing circularity through the lens of operational efficiency, GreenFill transformed from an alternative option into the obvious choice. The brand launched successfully and has already established a growing reseller network across the CEE region.
