Location: office based in Cluj, remote work possible from Romania or Hungary.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Build and nurture trusted client relationships — proactively understanding their goals, defining requirements, and demonstrating the value we bring.
• Ensure branding projects are strategically aligned, well-executed, and deliver measurable results.
• Act as the key link between clients, the internal team, and external partners — keeping everyone aligned and inspired.
• Oversee both client projects and BOLD.’s own marketing activities, safeguarding quality and consistency across all touchpoints.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN:
• Develop marketing plans for new clients, aligned with their brand strategy and involving all key stakeholders.
• Partner with client marketing teams to implement brand and marketing strategies, define KPIs, benchmark performance, and monitor market trends.
• Analyze industries and markets to uncover insights, opportunities, and positioning strategies — challenging assumptions to drive differentiation and growth.
• Translate strategy into action by shaping brand foundations, contributing to creative brainstorming, and supporting communication campaigns.
• Manage project execution — coordinating inputs and deliverables across internal teams, clients, and third parties — ensuring quality control every step of the way.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports, synthesize insights, and recommend improvements to ongoing projects.Identify and pitch new ideas to clients, manage quotes, and oversee contract extensions.
• Champion BOLD.’s own marketing initiatives, ensuring they reflect our studio’s positioning and ambitions.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
• A university degree in business, marketing, branding, communication, or a related field
• Experience in strategic marketing, brand management, or communications
• Proven ability to manage teams, clients, and multiple projects (agency experience a plus)
• Native-level proficiency in English and Romanian or Hungarian
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills — both client-facing and internal
• A strong analytical mindset, resourcefulness, and creativity
• Exceptional organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance detail and big-picture thinking
